Wondering where to go for a trip during the next holidays ? Here are 3 places in Asia that you can consider going to :
-
Tokyo, Japan
We think of cherry blossoms and sushi when we think of Japan. Well, there is actually far more then just sushi in Tokyo, Japan that will make your holiday unforgettable.
First of all, enjoy the beautiful Japanese Buddhists architecture at the Sensoji Temple in Asakusa, Tokyo. It is the oldest temple in Japan and attracts a lot of tourists every year. Here is a picture of the temple that I took during my trip to Japan in 2015.

Best place for fresh seafood ? Go to the Tsukiji Fish Market which is one of the biggest wholesale seafood market in the world. There is also fresh sushi for sale for visitors to enjoy.
Lastly, the perfect spot to relax while enjoying the beautiful views of cherry blossoms–Ueno Park. According to japan-guide.com, Ueno Park is one of Tokyo’s most popular and lively cherry blossoms spots with more than 1000 cherry trees lining its central pathway. The cherry blossoms are usually in bloom during late March and early April.

2. Bali, Indonesia
Who doesn’t want to spend a nice holiday on an island with windy breeze caressing your face? Bali, an island located at Indonesia can fulfill your wish.
Will you just look at the scenery of the island ? This is truly a paradise and a perfect getaway.
Take a look at the Museum Negeri Propinsi where you can see the art and history culture of the Balinese.

When you go on a trip to islands, you must not miss the opportunity to try scuba-diving.
Bali is famous for its exquisite coral reefs which is the habitat of many colourful sea creatures.
3. Bangkok, ThailandÂ
Bangkok is surely a renowned place for fellow shopping freaks. I have been there for 4 times myself and really enjoyed every trip. Here are a few highlights :
Visit the Pratunam Market where clothings, shoes and accessories are sold at very affordable prices. You can find the latest fashions trends available there. And for your information, those clothes sold there are mostly with high quality. I remember the last time how much stuff I bought as it was impossible to get high-quality clothes at such a low price in Malaysia.
You can visit The Grand Palace , which is currently partially open to the public as a museum. The palace has been the official residence of the Kings of Siam (and later Thailand) since 1782.

Next up are the unique floating markets in Bangkok. Floating markets are markets where goods are sold from boats on the river. Damnoen Saduak Floating Market is one of the largest and well-known markets where you can experience the culture of the locals and take many meaningful photos.
